Once an RN to BSN degree has been awarded, graduates will possess the skills to provide safe and effective nursing care to achieve identified health outcomes and evaluate/document such progress. The RN-BSN Bridge degree is at the top of our curriculum, and also has the potential to offer the best compensation for graduating students. Demand for Nurses is very high, and the jobs assigned to BSN degree Nurses are usually several levels above entry positions.
